Abstract submission deadline
The abstract submission deadline has been extended to 30th April 2009.

Policies and Requirements for the submission of abstracts
Presenting authors will be required to register for the workshop. All abstracts will be peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee, which reserves the right to accept or reject abstracts for inclusion in the scientific programme. Scientific contributions will be grouped by topic. Authors can indicate the topic most suitable to their work although the final decision is taken by the Scientific Committee.

Abstract submission guidelines
Abstracts should be submitted in electronic form. Accepted electronic file formats are: Microsoft Word Document (DOC) or Portable Document Format (PDF).

Abstract formatting guidelines
The abstract should be compliant with the following formatting rules:
•    The page format should be A4 (21.0 cm × 29.7 cm)
•    Use Times New Roman font and all text must be at least 9 pt, except title which should be at least 14 pt
•    The abstract should have the following sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions
•    The abstract must contain contact information of at least one of the authors including email address
•    Figures, tables and equations must have separate sequential numbering
•    Captions must be centred, and placed above tables and underneath figures
•    Add line numbers and page numbers
•    Ensure PDF files are unprotected
