25 August 2009: Book of abstracts and PowerPoint presentations

MCTP2009 authors are invited to submit the final version of their abstracts by Tuesday 15th September 2009. The documents will be included in the MCTP2009 book of abstracts.

PowerPoint presentations should be received by Thursday 15th October 2009. Please make sure PowerPoint presentation is compatible with Microsoft Office 2003.

Poster boards will be portrait size. Maximum dimension: 2mtr high x 1 mtr wide.

16 July 2009: EFOMP CPD accreditation received

MCTP2009: Second European Workshop on Monte Carlo Treatment Planning has been accredited by the European Federation of Organisations for Medical Physics (EFOMP) as a CPD event for Medical Physics with 20 hours. According to the EFOMP recommendations this is equivalent to 20 “CPD credit points”.

15 July 2009: PMB special feature

Full papers from MCTP2009 will be also considered for publication in Physics in Medicine and Biology  (PMB) and published as a “special feature” of the journal. Instructions for authors have been released and are available in the section “Full paper submission”.
